Binary Star System - 7.2% NEIPA (Collab)

We spent co-founder Gareth's birthday in July with the team at Gravity Well in East London, and frankly there wasn't anywhere he'd rather have been. Due to a shared love of big hazy hop-forward American inspired beers, we've been promising to collaborate with each other for years, and we truly believe the best things come to those who wait.

This bold 7.2% New England IPA features heaps of Mosaic Incognito and Cryo in the kettle, with some additions of Enigma for good measure. We then ramped up the cold-side hop additions of Mosaic and Strata to create a truly balanced beer which features huge tropical notes in the aroma and flavour, with a smooth, thick body and luscious mouthfeel. The aftertaste remains smooth with stone fruit notes lingering.
